Safety starts with a culture from the top down.  Jim says, "I have high standards when it comes to hiring crews....Incidents affect me personally.  I don't lower my standards just to put a rig out...Safety is dependant on who you hire and maintaining equipment. We don't cut corners when it comes to repairs."
